Terms of Service
Last updated October 19, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you (the "Customer") and ClickCMT ("ClickCMT", "we", "us") for the use of the ClickCMT website, application, tracking code, CMT Links, Rotators, API and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the policies linked below. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you may bind it to these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Account — your ClickCMT account and its team members.
- Customer Data — data you or your visitors send to the Service, including clicks, conversions and visitor details.
- Visitors — people who visit your websites, ads or links that use the Service.
- Plan — the subscription you choose, with its limits and price.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for everything done in your Account, for keeping your password safe (we recommend two-factor authentication), and for your team members. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use. One person or business may not create several accounts to get extra free trials or avoid Plan limits.
3. Using the Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business during your subscription. You may not:
- use the Service for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, including spam, phishing, malware, cloaking that hides content from ad reviewers, "cookie stuffing", or links to content that is illegal where you or your visitors are;
- send unsolicited email or messages with links on our shared domains — use your own custom domain for email and social media links;
- generate fake clicks, conversions or traffic, or resell clicks you know are fraudulent;
- break ad platforms' or affiliate networks' rules through the Service;
- overload, probe, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or get around its security or limits;
- resell or provide the Service to others without our written permission.
We may suspend links, integrations or Accounts that break these rules, and will usually contact you first unless the risk to others is urgent.
4. Your data and your visitors' data
You own Customer Data. You give us permission to process it only to provide, secure and improve the Service, as described in the Data Processing Addendum. You are responsible for: having a privacy policy on your sites that explains your use of tracking; getting any consent required by law (for example through a cookie banner, and Google Consent Mode where it applies); and only sending us data you are allowed to send. Do not send sensitive data such as health information, payment card numbers or government IDs.
5. Third-party platforms
The Service can connect to ad platforms, affiliate networks, stores and payment providers. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, data or decisions, such as an ad platform rejecting or not counting a conversion. You can disconnect them at any time.
6. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Paid Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Account › Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Plan keeps working until the end of the period already paid.
- Each Plan has limits (such as visitors tracked per month, Projects and ad accounts). Tracking continues up to 25% above the visitor limit; beyond that, new clicks may pause until the next cycle or an upgrade.
- Prices exclude taxes unless stated. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
- If a payment fails we will retry and notify you; if it stays unpaid, tracking may pause until it is paid.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and free trials by our Free Trial Policy.
7. Fair use
Your use must stay within our Fair Use Policy.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may improve, change or retire features; if we remove something important you pay for, we will give reasonable notice. Tracking depends on browsers, networks, ad blockers, visitors' choices and third parties, so no tracking system — ours included — can guarantee that every click or conversion is recorded.
9. No earnings promise
ClickCMT measures marketing results; it does not guarantee them. Any examples of results are illustrations, not promises. Your results depend on your offers, ads, traffic and many other factors.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these Terms, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or advertising spend, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and compensate us against claims arising from your Customer Data, your websites and offers, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
13. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and content belong to ClickCMT and its licensors. If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your Account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, fail to pay, or put the Service or others at risk. After your Account ends, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and tell you about significant changes by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect, unless they are required sooner by law. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
17. Complaints
If you have a complaint about the Service, email our Grievance Officer, ClickCMT, at [email protected]. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
