Fair Use Policy
Last updated October 19, 2026
ClickCMT is shared by many customers. This policy keeps it fast and reliable for all of them. Almost nobody is affected by it.
What counts as fair use
- Using ClickCMT to track and measure your own (or your clients') marketing, within your Plan's limits.
- Occasional spikes — a launch, a viral post, a big sale — are fine.
What isn't
- Consistently sending far more traffic or requests than your Plan includes, or load that harms the Service for others.
- Using ClickCMT for something it isn't built for, such as general web hosting, URL shortening for spam, bulk data storage, or automated scripts hammering our API.
- Anything that breaks our Terms of Service.
What happens
We monitor usage. If your account is outside fair use, we will contact you to agree a solution, such as a larger plan or a change in setup. If we don't hear back within 7 days, or the usage puts the Service at risk, we may limit or suspend the account. Urgent abuse may be stopped straight away.
