Delete specific data

In your account you can delete clicks and conversions (Edit › Delete Test Data or Reset Stats), CMT Links, Rotators, Projects and visitor details at any time. Deleted data is removed permanently.

Remove a connected platform (Facebook, Google and others)

Open Account › Integrations, choose the platform and click Disconnect. We immediately delete the stored access tokens and stop requesting data. You can also remove ClickCMT's access from the platform itself, for example in Facebook under Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations, or in your Google Account under Security › Third-party apps with account access. Ad cost data already imported is deleted with your account, or on request.

Delete your whole account

Open Account › Profile and use Delete account. Your account, Projects, links, tracking data and integration tokens are permanently deleted within 30 days (records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept only as long as required).

Ask us to delete it

If you can't sign in, or you are a visitor of one of our customers, email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and the email address or account involved. We will confirm the request and complete it within 30 days. Visitors of our customers may also contact that business directly, since it controls that data.
